Taipei CowParade 2009
Taipei City was the 65th one to hold this kind of CowParade, which was the largest in terms of scale in Asia. This year is the 10th year of the program and it coincides with the Chinese Ox year.

ancient Chinese characters
There are twelve Chinese characters in this photo-mouse, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, chicken, dog, and pig. They are all written in an ancient way. You almost can see the image of those animals in some characters.

snow on the top of trees
It is beginning to snow in March at National Taiwan University campus. The snow is on the top of the Chionanthus Retusus trees. Quantity of the trees is rare, according to estimates, the wild native trees is less than 50 in Taiwan.
